Summer is winding down and labor day has passed, meaning that its time for a lot of us to go back to school. The beginning of a new school year always had a similar feeling to me as the beginning of a new year. It’s a fresh start with lots to look forward to, so many new things to learn, and new experiences to be had. Today I began the second year of my masters in nutrition and also found out I was accepted to my university’s coordinated program in dietetics. This program, unlike a general masters in nutrition, satisfies the dietetic requirements to eventually sit for the registered dietitian exam, which is ultimately my end goal. Exciting things happening over here!
I cannot believe it has been a year since I began my Instagram account @TheBalancedRose, originally @Roseinthe_Kitchen! Happy 1st birthday! Woohooo! (Sorry, I am just super excited!) Quite the year it has been, so full of growth, of rebirth and of falling apart, ups, downs, amazing memories, and trying moments, but such a beautiful and wonderful journey along the way.
